"Aftercare was alright, just kind of slow"
The aftercare was helpful in the end, but it took a bit longer than I thought to get replies. Not terrible or anything, just a little slow.
"Happy with my custom sign"
I ordered a custom sign and the design proof came through nice and clear. I really liked being able to check everything over before it went ahead. I asked for one small wording change and they fixed it with no hassle at all. It did take a bit longer than I expected to get the updated proof back, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it and felt a lot better seeing the proof first. I’d “definitely” use them again.

"Nice design, but frustrating to use"
At first, I thought the site looked good. Clean enough. Nice layout. But actually using it was kind of annoying. On my phone, the pages took forever to load, and the menu just felt clunky. Not smooth at all. I was only trying to find basic info, but I ended up backing out a few times because it got frustrating.

"Nice item, but the packaging felt careless"
The item itself was decent and I was happy enough with it, but the way it was packaged put me off. The box arrived a bit crushed and there was barely any protection inside, so it looked like it had just been tossed around without much thought. For the price, I think it’s only fair to expect the seller to take better care when sending something out. It feels a bit wrong to charge that much and then not make sure it arrives properly protected.
"Nice idea, but the details weren’t quite there"
From a distance, the design looked good, but once I got closer I noticed a few small mistakes. It just felt like the finishing touches hadn’t really been checked properly. For the price, I expected it to be more like... I don’t know, just a bit more polished. Bit disappointed overall...
"Payment worked, but it put me on edge a bit"
I ordered from One of a Kind Design UK and, to be fair, the payment did go through in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything.
The checkout page froze right after I entered my card details, which instantly made me feel a bit tense because I couldn’t tell if I’d been charged or not. I ended up refreshing the page and putting everything in again, which wasn’t exactly the most relaxing moment.
A few minutes later the confirmation email came through, and I checked my bank to make sure only one payment had gone out, which it had. So it all turned out fine, but it was a bit stressful and I’d feel better if the payment process was smoother.

"Long wait and something felt off"
I waited way longer than expected for my order to show up. The whole thing was frustrating, and I started wondering if there were some extra fees or charges tucked in somewhere that weren’t made clear up front. Not the smoothest experience

At first glance, it seemed okay, nothing really wrong with it. But my gut reaction was that it just didn’t feel worth the price. I expected a bit more for what I paid.

I remember walking in feeling excited, like I was about to find a few things I’d really love. The stuff they had was nice, but the selection felt a bit limited. I kept looking around hoping there’d be more options, so I left a little underwhelmed

"Really happy with the style"
The designs feel really unique, not like the same stuff you see everywhere else. I liked the style a lot. It took me a little while to pick one because there were a few I liked, but overall I’m really happy with my choice.

"Nice stuff, if you don’t mind waiting around"
They do have some really nice items, but the stock situation is a bit frustrating. A few things I actually wanted were out of stock, so I ended up having to be patient whether I liked it or not. I did manage to get one item in the end, and delivery was fine, but it would’ve been nicer if more of what I wanted was actually available.

I was kind of hoping to see more clear info about what they’re Actually doing for sustainability, but I couldn’t really find much. The packaging also felt like more than it needed to be. Maybe I just missed something, but it didn’t give me a ton of confidence...

"Sorted in the end, but more hassle than necessary"
I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, it did get fixed eventually. But it took a few messages back and forth and a fair bit of waiting, which was frustrating. The replies felt a little hit or miss, like I wasn’t always sure what was happening. I’m glad it got sorted, but it felt preventable and made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be.

"Pricing needs to be clearer"
I was interested in placing an order, but the pricing was way too unclear. I couldn’t get a simple idea of what anything might cost, and it felt like I’d only find out after a bunch of back-and-forth messages. Give me a break, I just wanted a rough starting point.
I’m totally fine paying for custom work, but I do expect at least some basic prices or fees upfront. Not knowing what I was getting into made me feel unsure, so I ended up not going ahead.

"Not up to the standard I expected"
I ordered from oneofakinddesignuk.co and, i wish I’d gone somewhere else. The checkout process was straightforward enough, but after that it became a bit frustrating. I had to chase for updates, replies were slow, and the delivery took longer than I expected. I don’t mind waiting if communication is clear, but I like to know what’s happening with my order, and that just wasn’t the case here. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it didn’t meet my personal standard for customer service, so I wouldn’t use them again...

"The product turned out fine in…"
The product turned out fine in the end, and I’m happy with how it looks. My only real frustration was with the communication. I felt like the customer service team dropped the ball a bit because replies took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up a couple of times just to get updates. They did get back to me eventually, but the waiting and chasing made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

It looked a lot better in the photos online. Once I got it, it felt kind of cheap and not really what I expected. Just wasn’t it.

The name was close, but not quite right. I double-checked everything just to be safe, since I don’t like assuming details like that will sort themselves out. Not a huge issue, but it’s something I’d want fixed before using it anywhere important.

"Decent product, but the service made me hesitant"
The product turned out okay in the end, so I’m not saying it was a total waste, but the customer service was frustrating. I had to wait ages for a reply and chase them more than once just to get basic updates. Once I’d paid, it kind of felt like I wasn’t a priority anymore, which made me worry I’d made a mistake and lost money on something that might not get sorted. Not the worst experience ever, but I’d definitely think twice before ordering again
